Creative Keys to Wellbeing

I’m so excited about this term’s Women’s Wellbeing mornings!

Each Friday for a total of 7 weeks, we will explore MYSHA’s Creative Keys to Wellbeing.

The MYSHA Creative Keys to Women’s Wellbeing are for women who are actively seeking to attain and enjoy greater levels of wellbeing in their lives in body, mind, heart and spirit.

Each key holds a vibration of wellbeing and as a full set (there are 7 keys altogether), provides holistic guidance toward attaining optimum wellness.

Each week we will focus on one key, exploring multimodally, through the arts (singing, chanting and sound therapy; drawing, painting and clay; yoga, pranayama and sacred flow free dance/movement; meditation, mindfulness and more). Along with our experiential work, at each class there will be notes to take home for your reflection and integration into your everyday life. Once you’ve completed the full sequence in class, you will be able to work through the keys again and again, in your own time at home.

The keys have been designed so that you can focus on the one which draws your attention most, or alternatively you can run through each of the keys sequentially or even cyclically.

The best part about our Women’s Wellbeing mornings is that we are learning and exploring within our beautifully nurturing circle. Throughout the term, we will practice listening to our intuition and to one another, sharing the hidden gems throughout the Creative Keys process. The group experience is extremely uplifting and compassionate as we support one another from each week to the next towards optimum wellness.
