White Tara Purification (Full Moon) Ceremony

Join MYSHA’s Founder Melissa on her birthday for this very special and sacred event!

It’s full moon on January 26th and a wonderfully auspicious time to purify and renew.

White Tara (Saraswati) is a beautiful feminine deity in the Buddhist tradition renowned for her compassion. Her white light purity is likened to the illuminessence of the moon and both she and the moon are calling those of us who are seeking assistance for purification and renewal. White Tara is said to have eyes in the palms of her hands and the soles of her feet and with these eyes she sees your suffering. She knows what you withstand and what you have been through. She seeks to console you, to comfort you and to gently guide you back to the light in your own heart.

On this momentous full moon evening, together we will…

  • sing and chant Tara’s mantra Om Tara Tu Tare Ture Swaha and soak in her harmonious energy

  • perform a full moon, white light purification and renewal ritual

  • move our bodies in a gentle MYSHA Sacred Flow sequence

  • express our gratitude through visual art making

  • enjoy a deep relaxation sound healing

  • share our unique wisdom with one another over tea and treats

The energy exchange for this event is $33. Please wear white, bring a water bottle and your favourite white crystal/feather/talisman.
