MYSHA Women’s Circle

In true MYSHA style, our women’s circle sessions are a balanced combination of creative expression, gentle exercise, meditation, sound and music medicine, reflection, personal growth and self healing.  Each morning is slightly different but follows a safe and predictable structure, designed to help you achieve peace and wellbeing on all levels - body, mind, heart and soul.

This is more than a women’s circle and so much more than an art & craft class.  MYSHA Women offers you all the holistic benefits to body, mind heart and soul, through our unique spiritual experience.  In the company of some truly gorgeous women, this circle of support and sisterhood is the perfect combination of giving and receiving.  

At MYSHA Women, we move our bodies, stretch, focus, practice mindful awareness, sing, draw, write, paint, play, soak up the healing powers of the arts ….and so much more.  Each session offers a flexible MYSHA practice structure - including gentle yoga, sacred flow dance, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, mindfulness exercises, sound healing, singing and chanting, psychic development, multi arts-based personal inquiry and sacred time for sharing and reflection. 

Taking this time to take care of YOU is a genuine act of self loving kindness, that will ripple out into your family life and those you care about most.

Healing Group

Step in as your truth and steep your body, mind, heart and soul in pure unconditional loving kindness.

This is your time for healing.

You will be guided through a sacred journey of meditation (dhyana), breathing (pranayama), gentle movement (mudras), chanting (mantras), and shared reflection with our small, lightworker community (sangha).

The pinnacle of our time together for you personally might be the opportunity to take your turn in the centre of our healing circle to receive the energy and alchemical frequency from the whole group as we move through the MYSHA practice together.

Please check the events tab for dates. Your booking is essential. You may wish to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.

Sound & Music Medicine Journeys

Join our sacred group journey through sound towards greater levels of wellbeing - mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.    The unique MYSHA sound experience is designed to bring the body into a state of flow and the heart and brain waves into greater levels of coherence, towards a state of calm, connection to soul and compassion for self.   From here we are able to focus within and attune to the potential for transformation and lasting positive change in our lives.

As both an active and passive participant,  you will experience guided meditation, deep relaxation, chanting/toning/vocalisation, breathing techniques, energy healing, chakra balancing, movement medicine and group sharing.

Enjoy warm and resonant tones of the Himalayan bowls, the vibrational alchemy of the gong, ethereal magic of voice and crystal bowls, an eclectic variety of therapeutic percussion sounds and world instruments.

MYSHA Online

This is the MYSHA Online community group ~ our online sangha.

Every Monday evening, during term time, this beautiful group of souls gathers together online via zoom, to raise the vibration.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to join our hearts and minds and companion one another on this incredible journey of soul discovery, letting go and spiritual enrichment.

Our practice together includes:

  • Meditation,

  • Soul Communication through Art making,

  • Movement & energy medicine (MYSHA Sacred Flow),

  • Oracle Card inspiration,

  • Crystal healing,

  • Psychic development,

  • and spiritual teachings from MYSHA, channelled by Melissa.

Join for the term or attend casually, the free will choice is yours.

MYSHA Girls

MYSHA Girls is a safe haven for young girls to explore their creativity and self expression.

This very special group is facilitated by the founder of MYSHA, registered arts therapist and teacher Melissa Joss, AThR. and has been running continuously for the past 8 years. Over this time we have developed a structure to our sessions which has been a great success with all our girls and their families. We currently run on Monday afternoons from 3.45 to 5.15pm.

At MYSHA, we celebrate your beautiful girl just as she is. We encourage her to spread her expressive wings, to try a wide variety of arts mediums (from drawing, painting, sculpture, collage, felting, weaving, to crystal healing, to cooking, to singing and playing musical instruments), and to develop a healthy sense of creative risk-taking and courage. The value of these sessions is in the process, the doing and experiencing, rather than on the end product. This is a group which supports one another and there is a genuine culture of togetherness and safety where each and every girl is lovingly nurtured. We actively praise one another’s efforts and “happy little mistakes”. It’s also a space for healing past wounds, because we’ve all experienced times in our lives which have been less than loving. Skills for listening, sharing, being brave and learning to be a supporter of others are fostered here. We share a gentle practice of yoga and meditation where we are learning to compassionately master our own thoughts, be at one with our whole bodies and develop healthy skills for life.

We run weekly, during term time. Fees are generally paid up front, however if space allows and you would like to join us mid term, please send through your enquiry.
